Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
- Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or wrong item claim.
- Valid photo or video proof of damage may be required for approval.
Exchange / Replacement Policy
- Exchange or replacement requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery only.
- Once approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location; however, replacements are generally delivered within 7–10 business days.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval of the return request.
- The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- All COD orders will be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not received from the customer.
