Bracelet & Bangle Size

How to measure: wrap a soft tape around the wrist just above the wrist bone. Add 0.5" (1.3 cm) for a snug fit, 1" (2.5 cm) for a loose fit.

Bangles are usually rigid — choose the inside diameter that matches your hand measurement (see ring method to measure hand circumference), or pick a size 0.5–1.0 inch larger than your wrist for easy wear.

Ring Size Guide

Measure finger circumference with a strip of paper or a soft tape. Measure at the end of the day and consider knuckle size — if knuckle is larger than base, choose a slightly larger ring.

All domestic orders are shipped via registered courier services (UPS, FedEx, or Speed Post) and include a tracking number for your convenience.
- Shipping Time: Orders are dispatched within 8–14 business days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at order confirmation.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over US $200.
- Delays: During peak sale periods or promotions, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
- International Orders: Shipped through trusted international courier partners or Speed Post only. Delivery timelines depend on destination and customs clearance.
Zevy is not responsible for courier delays but guarantees dispatch within the stated timeline once payment is confirmed.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted within 7 days of placing an order.
However, cancellations may not be possible once the order has been communicated to the vendor or shipped.

Please note:
- Cancellations are not applicable to perishable or customized products.
- Refunds for cancelled orders (when approved) will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Returns & Exchanges

Zevy gladly accepts returns and exchanges of unworn and unwashed products within:
- 30 days from purchase date for regular orders.
- 14 days during sale periods.
To initiate a return or exchange, please provide the original invoice or receipt at any Zevy store or contact our support team.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be reviewed and, if approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Refunds:
Once your return is processed (typically within 7–10 business days), you’ll receive a Return Notification Email.
Refunds take 1–3 business days to appear on the original payment method after processing.
